Review of the book “Fifty Shades Of Grey
” , the first book in the Fifty Shades series by Author E.L James
. Now a major movie.
The book contains the description of certain explicit sexual acts, so it requires mature readers .
The story revolves around a sly girl named Anastasia Steele who is approached by a young charming business tycoon named Christian Grey , not for a healthy love affair but for a contract of sexual BDSM where she has to act as his Submissive.
Anastasia , who has never been with any guy before has a real hard time to gulp the fact that she has fallen in love with a guy who is not interested in being in love.
The author perfectly describes the emotions of a girl who wants to be romantically involved with someone. Her doubts, her curiosity , her pain, her passion, her love, the author has done the courtesy of not missing any of it.
The storyline will also make you exercise your brain cells when you will come across the tragic backstory of Christian, which the author keeps unrevealed so that the anticipation to read the next books of the series remains as bread out of oven.
Still within all that chaos, you will find your imagination running wild . Your mind will provide you with the perfect pair of protagonists for the story.
If you looking for something spicy to enjoy with your evening beverage, then this book is the perfect companion.
If you are looking for literature, then the book will disappoint you at some point. But the audacity with which the author has sprinkled the spice in the story is actually worth a clap.
So basically it’s a good read. All you need to do is get the book, get reading . Just don’t watch the movie before reading the book, if you are not into erotic reading then the movie might disgust you, if you are a lot into erotic reading then I guarantee , the book is a hell lot hotter than the movie.
My Ratings – 3.5 out of 5
I rated the book in that way because – it doesn’t have much of a storyline except the changing emotions of the female protagonist Ana, the way Christian treats her and some sexual content. The secret of the book’s popularity lies in the content.
Just imagine what you read.
